Is the product teaching, rewarding, and retaining users as intended?

Early drop-off is visible but the likely causes are not separated. The product’s first meaningful value moment is not clearly defined. Users appear to stall, but the friction has not been quantified. Retention is tracked without connecting it to behaviors or system states. Re-engagement activity is planned without a clear behavioral model.

Pricing & value

Do price, value, and user choice tell a consistent story?

Price points or packages do not follow a coherent value ladder. Users cannot easily understand why one option is more valuable. Discounts or promotions are not tied to clear rules and objectives. Revenue decisions are evaluated without their retention impact. There is no practical way to compare pricing or packaging scenarios.

Can the system be understood, changed, and validated safely?

Important dependencies between systems are undocumented. Years of manual exceptions make the underlying logic difficult to see. The downstream effect of a configuration change is difficult to predict. Critical validation depends mainly on manual review. Success, intervention, and rollback thresholds are not defined.

Decision readiness

Is the team ready to act on the analysis?

No single person clearly owns the final decision. The analysis question is too broad to resolve on the available timeline. Key assumptions are not written down or stress-tested. Options are presented without explicit trade-offs and consequences. There is no plan for implementation, monitoring, or analytical handoff.
